Birthday Package Options and General Information
Teal Package
This party package is for 1-12 guests, ages 3 and up. Paper products supplied are plates, cups, forks, table clothes, and decor to match selected theme. This package includes 2 staff members who will lead guests in games, teach a dance, and oversee a tumbling obstacle course. Staff will also assist in opening of presents and serving of refreshments. Theme options for the teal package include Happy Birthday (general theme in signature color of choice), Princess Tea Party, Hip Hop Dance Party, Disney Dreams, or Super Heroes. Cost for this package - $175.00
Silver Package
This package is for 13-18 party guests, ages 3 and up. Paper products supplied are plates, cups, forks, table clothes, and decor to match selected theme. This package includes 3 staff members who will lead guests in games, teach a dance, and oversee a tumbling obstacle course. Staff will also assist in opening of presents and serving of refreshments. Theme options for the silver package include Happy Birthday (general theme in signature color of choice), Princess Tea Party, Hip Hop Dance Party, Disney Dreams, or Super Heroes. Cost for this package - $200.00
Purple Package
This is a deluxe party package for 1-24 party guests, ages 3 and up. Paper products supplied are plates, cups, forks, table clothes, custom invitations, and decor to match selected theme. This package includes 4 staff members who will lead guests in games, teach a dance, and oversee a tumbling obstacle course. Staff will also assist in opening of presents and serving of refreshments. Theme options for the Purple package include Happy Birthday (general theme in signature color of choice), Princess Tea Party, Hip Hop Dance Party, Disney Dreams, or Super Heroes. Additional specialized options include Frozen, Jo Jo Bow Bow, Cheer leading Mini Camp, or you may choose your own and we will plan accordingly.
Cost for this package - $250.00
Birthday party schedule options are Saturday and Sundays from 11:00 - 5:00pm.
All guests must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian to attend.
The studio party space will be open for set up 30 minutes prior to the event start time.
KDS will be responsible for providing and setting up tables, chairs, etc. These cannot be moved with out permission by the Kerri's Dance Studio staff.
All equipment used will be inspected, cleaned, and sanitized prior and after events to ensure safety of all guests.
All payments for parties is due in advance.
For all packages hosts may supply food and drink for guests, KDS will not supply any food or drink and will not be held responsible for allergic reactions or illness due to food served. A small refrigerator is available for use on site.
Hosts may also bring additional decorations, balloons, paper goods etc. These additional items need to be removed after the party and need to be hung so no damage is incurred to the studio or it's equipment.
